Our client is an international insurance company specializing in life and non-life insurance products for individuals, companies, SMEs and the self-employed.

For this position, you will need an insurance-oriented bachelor's degree or initial experience in the insurance field. Our client offers you a permanent contract with an attractive salary package.

Description

  • You will be in daily contact with direct customers and brokers for the management of fire and technical insurance policies;
  • You work closely with the staff responsible for concluding contracts;
  • As the first point of contact, you answer all questions about fire and technical insurance from customers and brokers in a professional and correct manner, and in accordance with contractual provisions;
  • You draw up endorsements and new dossiers;
  • In some cases, you calculate the premium statements for policies to be adjusted;
  • You ensure accurate and correct followup of all changes in the database, so that the latest information is always available in the updated system;
  • You share your knowledge and expertise with your team and reflect on how to further optimize the services offered. In this way, you help to build a constructive team spirit and increase customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, Finance, other OR you have initial experience in the insurance field;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French;
  • You have a dynamic, positive personality, are a team player and enjoy social contact;
  • You are versatile and flexible, with a flair for administrative and digital work;
