Description
- You will provide legal support to our clients in the event of an auto, fire or family insurance claim;
- You identify the parties involved and determine liabilities;
- You negotiate with the other party to amicably settle the property and/or physical damage;
- You ensure proactive telephone and written communication with all parties involved (insured, agents, insurers, attorneys, board doctors...);
- You ensure the appointment and critical followup of a lawyer defending our client's interests in case of legal proceedings;
- You are responsible for the autonomous management of your own files from A to Z.
Profile
- Do you have a bachelor's degree in law or insurance or a master's degree in law;
- Do you have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French;
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience in the management of material damage files in civil liability or legal aid;
- Are you proactive, clientoriented and eager to learn;
- Do you have an analytical mind and are able to easily summarize and explain the main elements of complex files;
- Are you empathetic and can negotiate well;
- Do you look forward to sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
