Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities


Responsibilities:


Your main responsibility as a Customer Finance Analyst is to verify, and compensate customer claims of price protections, bonuses, year agreement and price differences according to the rules and regulations of the company.


Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • Handle all incoming CDE (customer direct expenses) invoices and claims accurate and punctual, within the rules and regulations of the company.
  • Keep track of all invoices in your portfolio.
  • Validate claims according to correct procedures and book them correctly in the system to make sure these are ready for payment.
  • Keep close contact with Shared Service Centre.
  • Calculate bonuses and execute payment as stipulated in the agreement.
  • Check and analyze the stock of the customer with our own systems.
  • Handle all incoming price differences.
  • Manage and control the budgets in line with the rules and regulations of the company in order to prevent overspending.
  • Receive the approved budget requests and check the budget.
  • Create reporting to check year agreement settlements.
Your team

As a Customer Finance Analyst you'll be part of claim department Benelux. Here you'll be working closely with your 4 colleagues in Diegem in order to solve all claims.

  • You have a completed Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • You have a very good command of the Dutch and English language.

Preferred qualifications

As a Customer Finance Analyst you have the following qualification(s):

  • You have good skills with Excel. You don't turn your hand for pivot tables. You have more than micro knowledge of macros.
  • You have a first experience with SAP.
  • You have strong analytical skills, accurate, problemsolving skills and you think beyond just your own range of duties.
  • You are entrepreneurial, you like to take initiative and you stand firmly in your shoes.
  • You are very passionate in achieving goals and business targets and can work well together in a team.
