    ICT Talents; part of House of Talents; is looking for a motivated Account Manager to contribute to the further expansion of our brand in the Gent - Antwerpen - Brussel triangle. Are you a commercial all-rounder with a solid basic knowledge in the HR service world? We are excited to meet you.

    ICT Talents is an IT consultancy company that provides professional services to the IT market by placing specialized consultants at companies. These are assignments of medium to long duration where quality and flexibility are key. With a multidisciplinary team of 100 motivated consultants; ICT Talents always has the necessary expertise to make a difference.

    On Tuesday, ICT Talents colleagues work together from Antwerpen, Crelan Building, you can plan the rest of your days and of course are welcome in our offices.


    Your challenge: build a strong business relationship with your prospects; clients and our IT consultants, and further strengthen it. You mainly do this by understanding the needs of all stakeholders and providing the most suitable solutions. Quality work is in your DNA.

    Specifically, your days will look as follows:

    Commercial

    • You are responsible for expanding our customer base through active prospecting: making contacts and having conversations to position ICT Talents' services. Convincing potential customers sounds like music to your ears.
    • You maintain good commercial relationships from your expertise and like to actively think about the best possible solution.
    • Negotiating rates; drafting contracts and following up during the contract period.

    HR

    • Scheduling; attending and following up on interviews of the consultants at your clients.
    • You work closely with the recruitment team (interviews with candidates; job fairs; ...).
    • You are responsible for the personal HR follow-up of your team of consultants.
    • You have discussions with your consultants to map their ambitions and knowledge in order to find the ideal match with the client.

    Administration

    • You do the necessary administrative follow-up in the CRM system; prepare reports of meetings and discussions.

    You report to the General Manager of ICT Talents.


    Could you be our new colleague?

    • You have at least initial sales work experience within the staffing business.
    • The world of ICT is not unfamiliar to you. Affinity with/knowledge of the sector is essential.
    • Communication is key. You can interact well with people and communicate effectively.
    • You are a multitasker who can set priorities and handle stress well.
    • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
