Your role
The Solution Manager will focus on a multitude of industrial accounts.

  • Works sidebyside in tandem with the relevant Account Managers to promote and sell the Group Digital Portfolio & Transformation offerings related to Intelligent Industry, Smart Manufacturing, Automation, OT/IT to ensure digital continuity across our client's value chain and ecosystem
  • Is a Deal-Shaper: Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on
  • Builds a competitive offering based on the overall Group Portfolio guidelines with respect to content, timing, deliverables, risk and pricing by invoking professionals from the Centers of Excellence and the Global Engineering Centers.
  • Presents and defends both internally (Bid Committee) and externally (Client, Procurement) the proposal in close communication with the relevant Account Manager & Offering team.
  • Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy being the architect of the solution during project rollout until RUN-Mode.
  • Provides the necessary project handover & documentation towards delivery to guarantee project continuity.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Engineering;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of consulting and/or service selling in the industry (preferably as a technical presales, a Solution Architect or as a Bid Manager);
  • Affinity for technology, product development and production;
  • Able to redact complex proposals focusing both on technological content as well as market competitiveness;
  • Customer centric with strong interpersonal and business management skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, fluency in English, French is a plus.
