Contribute to Security Management activities:
strategic planning, drafting policies, performing market reviews, leading projects.

Define and deliver user awareness programs: create presentations, demos, and support communication and training departments.
Support project owners in designing and maintaining ICT security: risk analysis, defining requirements, coordinating activities.
Protect the Institution's ICT infrastructure: design secured architectures, implement security settings, automate processes.
Collaborate with ICT departments to establish security procedures and best practices.
Study ICT security standards and regulations for implementation.
Perform system risk analysis and propose security countermeasures.
Manage security events, incidents, and technical analysis.
Audit configurations, detect and analyze security events.
Develop and manage technical security architectures and processes.
Define taxonomy and categorize ICT assets.
Stay updated on information security developments and provide technical consultancy.

Requirements:

Master degree + at least six (6) years of professional relevant experience, including:
Three (3) years' experience related to ICT security management (e.g. ISMS implementation, policy management, development of security policies and standards); and
Two (2) years' experience as a team leader or project leader for major securityrelated projects.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with a minimum supervision and be committed to excellence and quality service delivery;
Ability to generate reports and written analysis on complex and multidomain security topics, both at high and technical levels;
Be available for managing unplanned events and work under pressure, occasionally outside the normal working hours in case of severe security incidents;
Excellent communication skills, ability to lead multilingual meetings and to do presentations to managers, technical staff and also endusers in the context of user awareness activities;
Leadership, autonomy and commitment to increasing maturity;
Excellent team player and ability to coordinate other experts' work.
At least one ICT Security professional certification is also required.
Very good knowledge of both written and oral English (proficient user
C level) is required. Good command of French is an asset.
