Description:
The company based in Brussels, is looking for an Office & Event Manager, who will be in charge of the following tasks:
- As integral part of a diverse, agile team you will be our asociation ́s face to our members and our stakeholders as well as a close support to the Director General, responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and processes (including admin, filing, ICT, HR, supplies ́ & third-party-management)
- Collaborate closely with the entire team and our members
- reception of guests and regular exchange with all internal and external stakeholders
- autonomously host and organize virtual and face-to-face events for all relevant audiences from preparation over registration to successful implementation
- ideally, you are also interested in communication/public relations to further enhance appearance on the internet and on social media channels (twitter, LinkedIn)
- with a lot of fun at work, pragmatism, proactivity and team spirit you keep the positive mood and the fun factor in our team.
Profil
What you bring along:
- An academic or equivalent general education would be welcome, as well as a first administrative and event management or communication/public affairs ́ experience,
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch language
- A very well
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to learn and to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
