- Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
- Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
- Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
- Prepare and execute test scenarios
- Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
- Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
- Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures
- A master's or bachelor's degree in HR, business or IT
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%
- Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
- Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module
