Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive community growth.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Creating captivating and shareable content that drives brand awareness, expands audience reach, and fosters community growth.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and follower growth to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis and providing insights and recommendations based on social media monitoring and market trends.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including Brand & Communication, Online, Landbased, and Betting, to ensure successful integration of social media initiatives into overall marketing strategies.
Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of
5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. - Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and
experience with various social media platforms (certification in Facebook Blueprint is a plus).
- A creative thinker with a curiosity for exploring new media opportunities.
A sports enthusiast who can effectively align social media strategies with sports-related content.
- A collaborative
team player with a proactive and resultsdriven approach. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English (
proficiency in French is required, knowledge of Dutch is a plus). - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
