Context

The transformation Office of Degroof Petercam (within the COO function) is looking for a Transformation PMO

You will work with key stakeholders including executives and business leaders, to oversee the implementation of transformation programs. You define and maintain management standards across the group. You'll understand the overall business strategy to support prioritization and maintain the reporting for the group transformation roadmap.

Your Position

As PMO, you are


Coordinating:

  • Maintain a continuous relationship with transformation stakeholders
  • Support project stakeholders within the group methodology duties (business cases, planning, risk)
  • Prepare governance forum (Investment committee, PI Planning, Stage gating )
  • Identify and propose prioritization scenarios
  • Support Budgeting/forecasting process
  • Animate the change community (Program manager, product owners, scrum master)

Securing project/epics and Roadmap Reporting:

  • Secure data quality and consolidation
  • Secure quality of deliverables
  • Report from a quantitative (Budget/Actual/Forecast) and qualitative (Scope, Planning) toward various stakeholders (Program manager, executive boards )
  • Maintain the group Dashboard
Developing the methodology

  • Develop and implement the project methodology across the group (continuous improvement)
  • Promote agile culture.
  • Define needed training (in the context of change projects)
Your Profile

  • Master's degree with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in business transformation roles
  • Strong experience in the Banking Industry and Digital transformation
  • Solid communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally;
  • Creative mindset, thinking outofthebox;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Dutch and/or French);
  • Team player, challenger, and a positive mindset.
  • Experience in an Agile context and/or with business architecture are strong assets
