We are looking for our future trilingual Helpdesk Support (M/F) to work for one of our clients.

As a specialist in IT support, your responsibilities will be as follows ;

Perform diagnostic testing to identify and resolve reported technical issues.

Follow up on end-user support requests.

Collaborate with other support team members to resolve complex issues

Document issues and solutions in our support database

Expected profile

At least 3 years of significant experience

Excellent French, English, Dutch skills

Analytical skills

Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Jira
