Oliver James is partnering with a leading company in the transportation sector seeking an experienced
Lead HCM SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager to join our team and manage the team responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors.

This opportunity is open for freelance or permanent position

What will you do ?

Lead endtoend project delivery for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including managing project scope, budget, and timelines
Work closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with the project team
Ensure the quality of project deliverables and adherence to project management best practices
Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and project sponsors
Mentor and coach junior project team members to ensure successful project delivery

Who are you ?

3+ years of experience in SAP
SuccessFactors implementation projects
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including
Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management
Proven experience leading endtoend implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and postgolive support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Experience with agile project management methodologies
Fluency in French or Dutch, and English is mandatory
