Omschrijving:

You will be fully responsible for processing all compensation requests for our countries within EMEA.

You provide support to the various sites within EMEA, handling the various questions that your stakeholders might have concerning compensation and benefit.

Also you will be responsible for doing compensation analyses, request for market submissions, making reports and gather that information and present it to the HR business team.

It is important to work closely with the payroll analyst for when there are changes in compensations that this information is transferred correctly and on time.

There will be a need to investigate complex compensation and benefits challenges.
Complete benchmark surveys annually, make sure we are competitive both externally as internally.
Health and welfare administration for EMEA region, enrolling employees in health and welfare benefits program.

Ensures compliance with internal controls on comp & ben systems and compliance with other com & ben related legislation across EMEA countries.

Participates in the delivery of and assessment of standard and annual processes such as annual merit review and benefits enrollment

Profiel
You have knowledge of the working of compensation and benefits, and you are interested to develop yourself more.

Preferably you have had already experience in a similar role or you can show us that you have transferable skills from a previous HR related or payroll role.

Communication is important to you, and you know how to deal positively with comp & ben related questions and are not afraid to say no or push back when needed.

You are good at manually processing data and you have good MS office skills.

You can stand your ground in a rapidly changing environment and are not afraid to find your way around.
You take initiative and know how to set the right priorities.
