For one of our clients located in Antwerp, we are looking for a People Excellence Lead - Freelance

Start : ASAP ;
Full Time ;

Description:

What is the challenge?

Provide leadership and direction in people excellence, with a strategic focus on shortterm, midterm and longterm response strategies.
Striving & implementing standards / best practices to maximize efficiency & effectiveness.

Activities:
- onboarding new colleagues
- development of employees
- change management.
- training in processes & systems
- training & communication on standards/best practices/improvements

Drive continuous improvement within the team by defining, consolidating, and executing an improvement plan, while ensuring process standardization within people excellence subprocesses.

Secondary Tasks and responsibilities

Establish and maintain a relationship with management within the business, allowing for strategic alignment, as well as periodically reviewing performance, KPI's monitoring to be able to agree on joint initiatives / projects.
Manage an external network, allowing for alignment on strategy, striving towards bestinclass processes by having outsidein views and sharing information.
As team member, contribute, challenge & implement the agreed upon strategy.

Requirements:

Who are you?

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in people excellence domain (development / training / change mgt / communication / )
Substantial professional experience in (indirect) procurement or supply chain (> 10 years)
Deep understanding and knowledge of business and process needs
Experience working for a large, diverse multinational is preferred.
Advanced computer skills.
