Key Responsibilities

HR PAYROLL AND OPERATIONS

  • Manage the entire administration linked to staff: efficient payroll management (control of payroll information and guarantee that salaries are paid with accuracy and punctuality), leave and absence management, insurance, contracts, departures, Tk restaurant, etc.
  • Prepare monthly accruals (bonus, 13th month, Holidays accruals) and Salaries and Wages forecasting/budgeting.
  • Collaborate in the establishment and monitoring of the payroll budget.
  • Day to day follow up on company car fleet management
  • Ensure effective administration of new hires, job changes, leavers on HRIS system (SAP Success Factors) and keep employee information accurate and up to date
  • Draft Employment contracts office
  • Onboarding & offboarding administration
  • Relocation / Work permit administration
  • Invoices management and follow up with Suppliers

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding process, coordinating with crossfunctional departments to deliver an exceptional firstday experience
  • Provide a confidential and efficient HR service to all employees
  • Communicate any changes in local policy or legislation
  • Help fostering a culture of employee engagement and live by Campari Values
  • Support any Local training initiative and propose ideas for innovative approaches

OTHERS PROJECTS

  • Support the HR Manager with Adhoc HR projects (e.g. Merit & Bonus Cycle, Talent Review, Engagement Survey, etc.)

Requirements:


Who are you?

  • You have Min. 5 years of experience in HR function as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist/HR Officer or other relevant experience
  • You have a good knowledge of Belgium labour law
  • You are a master of processes, systems, and details for meticulous HR execution.
  • You have good planning & organization skills: Juggle tasks with grace, perform under pressure, and deliver against deadlines
  • You have good communication skills and Employeecentric mindset
  • You have an enthusiastic 'Can-Do' approach: Bring your passion, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
