We zijn op zoek naar : FREELANCE SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

gevestigd in ERTVELDE

The job

Oleon started a huge IT transformation project rethinking its SAP setup and upgrading to SAP S4 Hana.

We are realizing this with a project team of more than 100 very dedicated business process specialists, IT experts and key users.

We hope to go live January25.


You will be part of the Core team managing the project, working together with the Program Manager alongside domain leads for Finance, Business & Supply Chain, IT and Change Management.

Besides the many tasks that you perform in collaboration between the customer & our external partner Delaware within this program, your main focus as a Project Manager is creating & following up on the detailed planning and reporting on the budget to Oleon, based on the input from Delaware.

You communicate in general about project management information, project approach, practical organization and status reporting. You chase the Oleon organization to deliver info on time and agreed format. You provide all-round support to the Program Manager to ensure the success of the program.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have profound experience in a similar role within preferably (large) IT projects. SAP experience is an asset, not a must.
  • Based on your organizational skills, you excel in managing projects.
  • You are a strong communicator & team player.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills what makes you able to be the link between different stakeholders.
  • A positive, flexible mindset, taking initiative & act proactively typify you.
  • You are stress resistant and are able to set priorities in a number of tasks.
  • You speak fluently Dutch & English.
