Knowledge and competences_**- Working experience in data analysis, including skills in data-driven communications;

Knowledge on creating media analytical scripts and databases;
Proven experience in social media platforms;
Sound understanding of digital information space and the transformation of the media systems;
Knowledge of EU institutions and decisionmaking processes would be an asset.
Capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment.
Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders.
Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills. Rapid grasp of problems
Good scripting and programming skills
Experience with common data science toolkits
Proficiency in using query languages
Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions,

statistical testing, regression, etc.
