We wish to appoint a
Quality Construction Manager for a large scale Construction Project in Belgium.

The
Quality Manager will provide leadership and expertise in all Construction Quality matters on the site.

:

Custodian of construction quality on site.
Provide expertise and guidance in relation to construction QA for construction activities.
Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Programme.
Implement systems and procedures in relation to construction quality.
Ensure a 'Right First Time' culture on construction sites.
Provision of training and expertise in relation to construction QA
Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Audit regime.
Work with Construction Managers & site QA to develop Continuous Improvement Programmes.
Maintain crosssite communication and experience sharing.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis in the event of Non Conformances.
Update, review and implement lessons on the Lesson Shared database
Responsible for ensuring construction quality programs are properly aligned with PM Group's QMS and supports the Group quality objectives
Maintains a working relationship with Group Quality Manager
Maintain satisfactory relations between client and PM Group in matters relating to construction QA

Degree qualified (desirable but not essential) with additional Construction Quality qualifications
10+ years professional experience
Demonstrated capability in Construction Quality Management
Construction QA/QC experience across multiple engineering disciplines essential
Construction QA/QC experience on projects within the Life Sciences, Food, Energy and other specialised industries is desirable
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
