Your expertise will shape the future of our operations, promoting the adoption of digital solutions among diverse stakeholders.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the adoption journey of various stakeholders.
  • Swiftly resolve stakeholder complaints.
  • Spearhead the success of digital initiatives by ensuring stakeholder adoption.
  • Define and realize stakeholder satisfaction metrics and plans.
  • Efficiently manage user requests and system incidents.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and service management tools, such as SMT.
  • Familiarity with issue and project tracking tools like Confluence, JIRA.
  • Experience with wikis and collaborative sites.
  • Proven expertise in 1st level support of information systems.
  • Fluent command of English.

Desirable Expertise:


  • Elicitation of business requirements.
  • Preparation and delivery of IT training.
