Your mission


You will act as a multi-tasks key support for the HR Legal & Social Affairs team in Belgium and assist the team in the day-to-day administration.

You will join a small team within a large company, where good ideas and improvement are welcome and where we can rely on each other.

You will report to the HR Legal & Social Affairs Manager and will be based in our HQ in Louvain-la-Neuve.


  • You will fully organize the company's Work Council. This includes practical coordination and follow up with hotels, conference centers, translators/interpreters, contacts with unions/managers for practical issues, preparation of the presentations and writing the minutes.
  • You will also support the team in various administrative tasks, such as the preparation of all Belgian HR communications, the practical organization of meetings with the Belgian unions, the followup of the invoices and the collective labour agreements, the training subsidies and several data entry in our SAP HR.

Profil

Your talents

  • You have min. 5 years of experience in a management assistant role.
  • You are fluent in French. A good command of English & Dutch is a must.
  • You are a very good eventorganizer, managing the stress of setting international events and have good communication & IT skills.
  • You are servicemindset, rigorous and have strong sense of confidentiality
  • You are looking for a parttime (50%)
