The

Technician (USP/DSP) will be located in Evry/France.

Key accountability/responsibility_**- Purification of proteins/enzymes using chromatography systems

Purification of proteins using chromatography systems
Expression of proteins in bacterial/mammalian systems
Organize laboratory operations (check stock, maintenance of equipment)
Perform stability/activity assays for enzymes

Skills and experience_**- Relevant academic qualification bachelor or master's in science with 1+ year experience

Experience in protein production in multiple systems (bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells, insect cells)
Experience in fermentation in bioreactors
Experience in protein purification (affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic, multimodal)
Experience using automated purification systems (Akta)
Experience in protein biochemistry.
Experience in TFF and UF/DF
Goodwill to help with lab management tasks, like stock refurbishing and equipment daily maintenance
Fluent in French and in English
