Your responsibilities as Manager Process Management & Business Insights
The Manager Process Management & Business Insights leads a support department that enables the organisation to navigate its day-to-day operational and business activities by providing guidance, securing, improving and standardising processes, tools and data insights:

You will lead, shape and develop a department with strong process management & business insights competencies capable of continuously advising and guiding the organisation in a fast and flexible manner to achieve its continuously evolving objectives.
You align the activities with the vision and strategy of the organisation and manage process management & business insights related issues so that a common goal and longterm plan can be established.
You ensure the design, implementation and continuous improvement of effective and efficient standardised processes in close cooperation with the process owners and based on jointly defined and measurable process performance indicators.
You guarantee consolidated management and operational reporting, performance analytics and benchmarks to the internal teams & management and thus act as the operational cockpit of the company.
You have direct or indirect budget responsibility for budget monitoring, cost centres, prioritisation, etc.
You set the standards in terms of knowledge domain within the department by monitoring trends, conducting research, building a network and/or properly managing external relationships and sharing best practices.
You develop the department's staff by managing, coaching and providing feedback.

Our ideal Manager Process Management & Business Insights

Master or equivalent through experience
At least 57 years of relevant experience
Strong, always up to date, knowledge of the process management & business insights domain
Strong leadership skills

ENG, good knowledge of French is a plus.
You have excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic approach
You are customeroriented, strongly communicative and have project management skills
