As an
administrative clerk you work at the department for Visa Desk.
As an
employee of the Visa Desk, you are part of the team that is responsible for
obtaining the necessary travel documents, Visa that are required to be able to employ our employees internationally.

You carefully collect the documents needed to obtain a visa and you
contact the various parties involved (employees, translation agencies, notaries, embassies, )
- You
maintain contact with the various departments in the organization and inform them about actions to be taken
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing),
Good knowledge of Dutch is necessary:
- Works accurately, monitors own quality of data
- Can make
interpretations and communicate them to others:
Bachelor degree:
- Administratively precise and efficient
- Very communicative and supportive in an international environment (towards travelling colleagues and external parties: ambassy's and ministries)
