GC Corporation was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Since 1972 GC Europe NV, our European Headquarter is located at the Researchpark Haasrode in Leuven.
  • GC Europe NV supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers. Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.
We are currently looking for a


Scanner Support Officer


As a Technical Servicing Officer you are responsible for assuring service, giving training and support local sales branches, dealers, service partners and end-users regarding digital dental equipment.

What is your mission?

Servicing

  • You execute technical and software preparations before the release of the equipment
  • You canalize feedback from Key Opinion Leaders and endusers to internal departments (R&D, Product Management, Sales)
  • You are responsible for all research regarding the scanner

Training

  • You develop training modules in order to familiarize the user with CAD-CAM hardware and software
  • You transfer these modules into handson training in terms of planning, logistics and practical implementation for the enduser, dealer, service partner and branches.
  • You give internal and external demonstrations, for example at fairs or at conferences

Who are you?

  • Technical degree (preferably as a Dental Technician)
  • You are very customer directed & communicative. You enjoy helping people, and training people.
  • You are entrepreneurial and ambitious, always looking for a good solution to a problem
  • You have excellent computer skills
  • You speak English, Dutch and French are a plus
  • Prosthetic dentistry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in a dental lab and/or milling centre is a plus
