As a Project and Asset Care specialist, your goal is to realize strategic projects and asset care goals that are in alignment with the European Project and Asset care manager.

You will give direction to the local teams to perform the maintenance in full and on budget.

You support standardisation and harmonization of our project and asset care culture and employee behaviour across all sites in Europe.

Your main tasks are:

Define the standard for asset care
Support and improve the asset care tool "maximo"
Organize the asset care in structural way
Optimize asset utilisation, best in class for safety, health and environmental.
Build up an asset care strategy across the business
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of group business management systems with respect to business improvement
Support to local projects
Participate in group improvements initiatives ensuring any changes to working practices or procedures
Inspire, lead, motivate, direct and develop the team through a recognised/structured project and asset care approach
Operate within annual budgets to deliver agreed business projects and asset care objectives. Role out this asset care strategy over the other sites in Europe

Skills and Qualifications

Degree and/or relevant Experience in engineering/maintenance, ideally in food/malting industry
Minimum 5 years working as asset care manager
Working with 'computer maintenance tools', eg Maximo
Project management skills and experience
Leadership skills, fault finding & problem solving
People and change management
Fluent in Dutch/English
In depth knowledge of automation is a plus (without being a specialist)
