Project Business Controlling Manager

Function:

Futerro is currently on the verge of building a state-of-the-art biorefinery production site in France (Le Havre region) with a major investment over the next 3 years and is executing the associated business plan.

As the Project and Business Controlling Manager, you will play an extended role.

You will initially lead the control aspects of the plant implementation project to facilitate project delivery on time, on budget and on scope.

In addition, you will develop the planning and analysis processes related to this start-up project, from initial project mode to operational mode.

Main activities

Establish and coordinate the project's financial control environment for budgeting, expenditure authorization, forecasting and reporting.
Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, you will coordinate the project planning (financials schedule/critical path, scope) and followup with the team. You will flag deviation issues to management and get involved in resolution activities.
Responsible for monthly reports on project financials, timeline and presentations to various stakeholders.
Conduct oneoff or regular financial analyses and related risk analyses on aspects of the project.
Actively participate in the ERP project to establish the structure of the operating and manufacturing cost centers and coordinate tracking the project's capital expenditures against those.
Maintain and develop the initial overall financial planning of the project. You will evolve processes over time towards operational financial planning.

Profile:

You have a
university education in finance/economics.
You have
experience in management control, planning and analysis of activities in a production and/or industrial environment.
You also have
experience in project management control/CAPEX

You have a good
understanding of operational manufacturing accounting and product cost calculation.
You have a good command of the Excel tool
and ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navison, or equivalent).
You combine
resourcefulness,
rigor and
initiative.

You
are eager to progress and develop over a wide range of experiences.
Travel to France is to be expected.
