Jouw taken:

Onboard and train new clients on the platform.
Actively monitor and manage incoming tickets submitted through our help desk.
Provide proactive support to address customer queries and concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements.
Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor

Ervaring:

2 jaar ervaring

Vaardigheden:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus.
Techsavvy with a good understanding of SaaS products.
Stressresistant with a solutionoriented mindset.
Proactive and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
