What You'll Do:

Our clients expect BCG Platinion to provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues.

In particular, the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution against the background of the planned maintenance stop in 2027 presents our customers with special challenges.

In order to serve our customers even better, we would like to further strengthen our Enterprise Solutions team.

You will work together with colleagues from BCG Platinion and/or the Boston Consulting Group on local and international customer projects and actively develop superior strategies, concepts and solutions.

Shape the world of tomorrow

Supporting the client in SAP S/4 projects along the entire supply chain: from requirements analysis to solution design/technical concept, implementation, testing, training, go-live, hypercare and rollout

Design and definition of specific SAP S/4 solutions along the value chain of our clients in the areas of finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, HR, etc.

Introduction of "best practices" in the evaluation, specification and implementation of user requirements, in particular with a view to reducing one-off and maintenance costs

Technical management of SAP S/4 implementation and migration projects or in specific domains

Requirements management within the scope of SAP S/4HANA projects, incl. the management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers

Control and prototyping of customizing of SAP S/4HANA solutions

Support in the sale of large ERP/SAP projects by providing technical and methodological expertise

Further development of the content of the topic ERP / SAP S/4 at BCG Platinion, e.g., through participation in conference

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

8 years' experience in software development and SAP architecture, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting

Designing transformation projects:
definition of the data architecture strategy, definition of the implementation strateg

Defining target architectures that include SAP solutions (S/4HANA, C/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, BW/4HANA, SAP Data Hub, Leonardo )

You have already worked as a developer and master the JavaScript and SQL (incl. XML & JSON) programming languages. You are deeply knowledgeable in SAP systems such as SAPHANA, SAP Cloud Platformand their architecture.

Certifications such as HANA implementation, SAP Cloud Platform and/or HANA modelling would be a plus.

As a key player who will take part early on in the development of solutions, you have a strong innovation capacity and high client orientation.
