Position Summary

We're always looking for ambitious graduates who can join one of our teams in Diegem. The Samsung Traineeship is meant for Young Graduates who want to dive into our innovative world. The two-year program offers you the opportunity to get to know our business units through on-the-job learning and training. By taking on two positions, you will experience how it is to work in a fast-paced and international environment. Within our four Business Units (Mobile, Audio & Video, Home-Appliances and Display) of Samsung Electronics, we trust that your talent enables you to work on our strategic projects.

Role and Responsibilities

You will get to know Samsung Electronics and our Business Units during the onboarding program.

All departments will present themselves and it's the perfect opportunity to learn about our business and to meet colleagues of all departments.

The two-year program is all about:

Building an internal network
Contributing to the mid

- and long-term strategy

Working on projects with impact
Implementing new ideas
Marketing & Sales is our core operation.

The positions you will fulfill will be mainly in marketing & sales, but it is also possible to take on a position in one of our support teams:
SCM, Customer Service, HR,

Getting to know the organization is the focus of the first year. The second year gives you the chance to choose a direction that's a bit more out of your comfort zone.
Supported by an extensive training program and a mentor, you are always working on personal development. You get the chance to take initiative and take the responsibility to implement your own initiative.
In short, you will be fully dedicated to grow. In line with your own preference, competences and talents, you can build your career within Samsung Electronics. The several Business Units and positions create limitless opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge and experience you have a master degree in economics or social sciences (eg Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Commercial Science, Communication Management,). Graduates with another degree, but with the right experience and mindset also qualify
Spontaneous personality you have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication, assertiveness and openness. With your enthusiasm, you actively involve others in projects and tasks.
Sociable you enjoy working with colleagues and having meetings with external stakeholders. You're eager to build a network that you will keep up to date.
Critical and analytical skills you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You're able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers.
Personal leadership you're actively focused on your personal development. You're aware of your own talents, pitfalls and challenges. You're eager to grow as professional and as a person.
Language you're a good communicator in Dutch, French (BE) and English. This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
