Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR) professionals are focused on helping family-owned businesses and startups as well as large multinational companies to meet their financial reporting requirements in the many countries where they do business.

Our clients are active in a variety of industries (included but not limited to automotive, government and public sector, consumer products, media and entertainment, oil and gas, power and utilities and technology).

As an project consultant within ACR you support our clients in a wide range of financial services. Depending on the client's needs you will assist in general accounting, credit control, internal optimization projects, advising etc. You will be in direct contact with the client.

You will be involved in our
Finance Operations team: You will be focusing on centralizing the processes for our (multinational) clients in a cross border environment and assisting them in the optimalization of their finance structure.

Moreover you will support on various day to day finance activities including accounting & reporting. For this, you will coorporate with different EY teams and countries.

Your profile

We recruit and develop consultants with intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills, and attention to detail that allow us to look beyond the numbers and help our clients to handle complex problems.

More concretely, we are looking for the following profiles:

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a financial or economic orientation.
You are young graduate, or have up to 3 years of experience in finance and/or accountancy
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good written and spoken knowledge of English (French: nice to have).
You are a born team player, critical, innovative and curious.
You are client

- and results-oriented.

You have the ability to engage, manage and build relationships.
You are flexible.
You are techsavy. Experience with Exact Online and/or SAP is a bonus.
