Job description:
We are looking for a Junior+/Medior ATV Ad Operations Support for its Advertising Services department, to handle the day-to-day support operations towards broadcasters.
This new kind of advertising sales channel will give you the opportunity to learn from this innovative business, stimulating your capacities of creativity to ensure its adoption by the clients via a good understanding of their demands.
Concretely, the Ad operation ATV support will be the first line helpdesk for broadcaster's saleshouses, to assist them for audience activation, on campaign set up, delivery troubleshoot and yield management, and reporting.
This function, by a combination of Proactive Follow up and Reactive responses to incoming requests contributes to the maximization of the usage and revenues on the addressable TV ecosystem.
Function Description:
- Advanced support for broadcasters. Receive requests from broadcasters, respecting the SLAs. First analysis in case of inventory functional or technical issues. Open a ticket with the vendor or TEC and follow up until a solution is found.
- Training of broadcasters on new feature usages. Provide live training, written documentation, and best practices.
- Maintenance of the marketplace: upload of new segments, video and site structure, in collaboration with the Ad Operation pairs.
- Reporting to business: on demand reports & dashboard maintenance. Slides presentation in collaboration with the Ad Operation Manager.
- Thanks to an efficient broadcaster guidance, you will drive a maximum of usage and have significant influence on the generated revenues
- Manage day2day relationship with tech vendors to brief and follow up change requests & product evolution + Report to the management the output of discussions
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure the onboarding of data onto the ecosystem, and support the partner of its usage
- Combine data from multiple source system to build reports, and to proactively and retroactively monitor the efficiency of campaigns
Mandatory:
- Bachelor with 2 years of experience in a similar function,
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and written in one of the 2 major national language + English.
- Ease in report crunching (Excel,) to provide in intelligible analysis to better understand / improve the ATV solution
- Data minded, and familiar with data business, concepts and flows
- Good analysis skills, wellstructured and wellorganised.
- Good sense of ownership and result oriented approach
- Minimum knowledge of the internal infrastructures plugged to the ad server.
- Easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (business, vendors, broadcasters, TEC, ).
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment.
- Language: EN is mandatory, added to (FR or NL).
Nice to have:
- Experience in complex video adserving technologies (FreeWheel MRM,).
- Knowledge of Programmatic is a plus
- Knowledge of the TV advertising business and methodologies is a plus (media planning, TV currencies, TV measurement, TV ad buying technologies).
- Understanding of agile way of working is a plus, as well as experience(s) in agile environments
