My client, a transportation company, is actively seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen their team.You will be in charge of managing and developing a portfolio of clients in order to review existing contracts and to propose new products and services of the brand.
Your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager:
Negotiate with customers regarding prices, delivery times, vehicle trade-in ;
Support the network in the entire sales process with the customers;
Establish offers at the request of the customer;
Regularly visit the fleet managers in order to give them the best advice;
Prospect for new customers and respond quickly to calls for tenders;
Write complete activity reports in order to ensure an efficient collaboration;
Analyze the market and the competition;
Propose solutions to improve the after-sales process and identify customer needs, in collaboration with the after-sales department.
The ideal profile for this Key Account Manager position:
You have a commercial background, a technical background is a plus;
You have a perfect command of French, English and Dutch;
You are a salesman at heart, with strong negotiation and sales technique skills;
You master the establishment of complex offers.
