Job Description:

We're looking for a
Fairs & Events Specialist to join our global marketing team.

As the global marketing team of Wolf Oil Corporation, we are on a mission to grow our dynamic lubricant brands through connected creativity and smart experiences, allowing our company and industry to keep moving forward.

As Global fairs & events specialist, you develop, coordinate and implement local & global events (international fairs, open doors, in house fairs, roadshows, corporate events, training events,... ) and experience programs for the different segments & channels globally including communication plan, content, POS materials and other collaterals.

Your responsibilities:

You help building a global strategy regarding fairs and events to build our brands and work together with sales & regional marketing to translate this in their regions;
You partner with the regional sales & marketing teams to identify requirements & ROI for their local events;
You establish and manage the internal and external communication plan for the various events together with the team;
You develop event kits (including POS materials, communication plan & content) for the different segments & channels to market;
You handle contract negotiations with third parties;
You contribute to the innovation of event & communication tools;
You collect & analyze sales data & results in order to measure & report the success of the different actions & events.
You share best practices regarding local events & fairs to all regions.

In this function you will report to the Head of Global Marketing.

Qualifications:

Your profile:

- +3 years of experience in event marketing, experience with working in cross-functional teams;

Your wellhoned collaboration and communication skills allow you to develop positive, productive relationships both internally and externally and across multiple countries;
You have excellent project management skills, with an eye for detail;
You work accurate and you are result driven;
You are willing to travel sporadically;
You're able to communicate fluently/business level in English and Dutch or French, any other European language is an asset;
