We are seeking a highly motivated junior, medior, or senior IT helpdesk level 1 or level 2 technician to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to users.
- Remain available and offer a highly qualitative customer service.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software and issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Customeroriented
- Problemsolving skills and autonomy
- Office 36
- Sound knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
- English mandatory plus fluent French or Dutch.
