We are looking for a senior Customer Project manager swap which has led successfully a swap program. Minimum experience on setup, deliver roll-out and optimized process.

Responsibilities:

You will establish and maintain the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings
Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to presales meeting
Develop the CPM team : simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
Manage KPI and program reporting.
Drive project execution in a complex environment including permitting, construction, integration, initial tuning and acceptance.
Manage ASP delivery and excellence.
Provides feedback to Contract Manager and Network Program Director regarding Customer lack of compliance to Contractual Obligations
Participates in Risk Management Activities through Program life
Responsible of operational and financial result of the Program
Accountable for FAS Operational and Financial Governance
Identifies and drives potential Sales opportunities

To be successful in the role you must have:

Minimum experience of major swap project establishment and roll-out
Min years of experience: years
Global Chronos experience
Experience in ICT Technologies
Financial & Analysis Skills
Understanding the business situations
Consultative selling skills & Customer market insight
Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
Project management, project planning & organizing skill
Strategic management skill
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
Leading & supervising skill
Proficiency with the English Language, Dutch is an asset.
