Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and profitability.
Lead and manage a team providing guidance, coaching, and perfmance feedback.
Collabate with other departments to align operational objectives with overall company goals.
Monit and analyse key perfmance indicats (KPIs) to identify areas f improvement and take necessary crective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Identify opptunities f process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a positive and productive wk environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachel's degree in in supply chain, business another related field.
Approximately 5 years of experience in operations management a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track recd of successfully implementing operational strategies and driving process improvements.
