ACN plays a key role in the Proximus FIBER rollout, 85% of the home connects are realized by ACN.

Of which a majority is executed by our partners. you will play a crucial role in the national collaboration with our partners & local management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop outsourcing incentive strategy to contribute to better kpi's and customer experience.
Responsible for outsourcing performance management
Developing a KPI driven dashboard.
Contributing to more digitalization with the help of AI.
You are the business system owner for our bill proposal tool, this is used for our monthly payment to our partners, representing more than €150M a year.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage and oversee future enhancements to the bill proposal tool, incorporating user feedback.
Advise management on priorities aligned with our business strategy and available IT budget.
Present your advanced analyses and insights through clear and impactful presentations.
