How will you spend your days?

  • In close collaboration with the Account Manager, you will develop a clear winning approach for each bid for the endtoend tendering process and ensure that win themes are compelling and meet our client's needs.
  • You will monitor and enforce the progress of the offer during the various phases of the tendering process in terms of time (milestones and deadlines), quality, capacity, organisation, risks and opportunities, budget, scope, compliance.
  • You identify expectations of internal/external stakeholders, manage change, reconcile conflicting interests and ensure timely and correct communication on the project (Stakeholder Management).
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You will also manage the bid budget and monitor and report on overall performance.
  • Knowhow about procedures, tools, techniques and/or laws and regulations.
  • Analytical skills are required to translate complexity (large amounts of information, specific requirements, criteria, conditions, instructions) into deliverables,
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and steer the BidTeams in the right direction and manage different BidTeams and workflows at the same time.
  • Flexibility to respond to changes and adapt to a new situation.
  • Strong focus on the objectives and required outcome, highly resultdriven.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders on different levels
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A master's degree and 710 years' experience in Bid Management
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
