Our client, a large accounting and auditing firm, is looking for a Planning Coordinator Audit. Do you have experience as a planner and fancy a new challenge? In addition, are you a real organizational talent and a dynamic person? Then you might be the person we are looking for

Description

You are responsible for the project planning of audit consultants with the clients and you make the team planning in such a way that the employees are sufficiently challenged to grow within audit
You are available as overall contact person and coordinator to answer and follow up questions of the auditors (juniors, seniors, managers) regarding the planning
You coordinate all activities related to reporting
You resolve scheduling conflicts after consultation with team managers
You get to know the wishes, career expectations, development needs of the new audit colleagues and take them into account in the planning as much as possible
You like efficiency and you are constantly looking for optimizations in the planning method.
You register and manage leave requests

Profile

You preferably have completed a bachelor's degree
Experience as a planner is a must, regardless of the sector
You speak perfect Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
You are assertive in a professional way and stress resistant
You are eager to learn and take initiative
You are organizational, accurate and a dynamic person
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel holds no secrets for you
You enjoy working individually as well as in a team
You are flexible during the first months as regards travelling to other offices (Berchem and Kortrijk)
