ORGANIZATION:

Our client is a global key player in the industrial sector, characterized by a people-oriented and dynamic company culture.


YOUR ROLE:


As a Freelance Rewards & HRIS Expert, you will be pivotal in managing and developing the organization's compensation & benefits, and HR system management.


Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding the global implementation of Workday, for the Rewards modules.
  • Collaborating with HR and IT teams to refine HRIS processes tied to compensation.
  • Managing the job framework, utilizing Korn Ferry Hay to maintain the job catalogue and job description policies uptodate.
  • Coordinating the Performance Management process, including training managers and assessing outcomes for bonus distribution.
  • Overseeing compensation tasks like salary structuring, bonus schemes, and incentive program development.
  • Providing insights on compensation and benefits trends, conducting market data analysis, and offering competitive strategy recommendations.
  • Delivering expertise in data concerning employee compensation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to privacy norms.
  • Ensuring that compensation practices are in line with both local and global regulations.
  • Liaising across departments to unify and optimize compensation and benefits policies.
  • Enhancing HRIS reporting and analytical functions, particularly in compensation and benefits data.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Proven expertise in Compensation and Benefits with a strong capacity for strategy formulation and execution.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday, applied to compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
  • Familiarity with Korn Ferry Hay job grading system is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Effective in a multicultural setting, fluent in English, with Dutch being a beneficial additional skill.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of leading initiatives and influencing stakeholders at various levels.

  • Duration: 6 months, 4 or 5 days a week.
