Alongside your colleagues, you will be responsible for the operational management of apartment rentals.

You will be the primary point of contact for tenants when they have questions (regarding their stay, check-in and check-out procedures, neighborhood information, renovation updates, technical issues, etc.).

You will carefully consider the best solution, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

In summary, this is an administrative and communicative position where you will establish relationships with tenants and ensure that they have a worry-free stay in their apartment, from A to Z.

Profiel:

Experience in the hopsitality sector (eg catering) is an asset.
You speak fluent English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
You are communicative and think solutionoriented.
