Our client, a Belgian leader in the fitted kitchen market, is looking for an Accounting/Invoicing Assistant.

Description

Your tasks in this function:

  • You will follow up on unpaid invoices on a daily basis in collaboration with the Sales department & accounting.
  • You will resolve and investigate irregularities between the accounting and the system.
  • Followup of supplier orders
  • Followup of furniture deliveries
  • Customer invoicing
  • You will actively participate in the improvement of the procedures related to your responsibilities.
  • You will assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks.

Profile

  • You have a very good knowledge of FR or NL and a basic knowledge of the other language
  • You are proactive and reliable
  • You have a natural sense of order and results
  • You like to work in a team
