MISSION

When a customer contacts us for an assistance request, we identify their contractual coverage using our database of insured customers.

The quality and completeness of this data is an essential activity for assistance.

Daily management of these external databases and any other automatic data exchange activities with our partners & service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily quality monitoring activities of customer databases for Home, Vehicle, Health, Travel type contracts and according to set service levels
For each new partner, and in collaboration with it, agree on the desired format for the exchange of this data. Implementation of these exchanges according to the agreed schedule and ensuring data quality via appropriate tests
Responsible for the quality of data from external databases and the reconciliation of data with the different departments (Commercial, Finance, Internal Control).
Make proposals for continuous improvement of data quality and exchange with our partners for the implementation of these improvements
Prepare, organize and lead monthly status meetings on this activity with the Sales & Finance & Internal Control teams or any other meeting necessary in your area of activity
In its field of activity, carry out permanent controls and ensure that internal rules regarding the GDPR are respected
Ensure with the Business reporting manager that the reporting on external databases corresponds to business needs
Monitor daily automatic data exchange activities with our partners & service providers
Be the point of contact for all automatic data exchange flows: automatic reporting, XML exchange, API, etc.
Ensure the regularity and quality of the data sent. Point of contact internally and for our partners for any questions, requests for developments, detected anomalies, etc.
