**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - Good knowledge and practice of data management. Strong knowledge and/or experience with Excel and databases

5+ years' administrative experience
Experience working within a human resources environment

DUTIES/ROLE:

Assist in the crosschecking of requirements and related implementation, especially IWC submissions, as they link with establishment and disestablishment of posts, recruitments and followup actions, in accordance with the current guidance
Assist in the analysis of current state of the workforce of the organization
Support the preparation of the Decision Governance related to HR matters
Assist in the documentation and presentation of the WFM initiatives
