Fonction:


As Internal Account Manager, you are accountable for the accelerated growth and improved client experience across the SME segment (1-19 employees).

Your portfolio will consist out of existing customers and prospects.


Your daily work consists out of answering demands from existing customers and proactively contacting prospects by phone, in order to sell them a maximum of 'Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services' (Lunch Pass, Eco Pass, Cadeau Pass, Sport & Culture Pass, Consumption Pass).

As Internal Account Manager you will be the single point of contact related to all commercial requests.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Managing existing customer portfolio (retention, crosssell & upsell)
  • Touchpoints with potential customers (#outbound calls/daymonth sales campaigns)
  • Establish relationship with the potential new customer
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from 'awareness' stage until 'decision' stage (close sale)
  • Prepare and send proposal and closely followup
  • Sales funnel management
  • Achieve monthly sales target (#new customers, #business volume, #revenue)
  • Conversion (rate) of sales & marketing generated leads & campaigns
  • Comply with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirements

Profil:


Essential

  • You have a bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience in internal commercial function
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (NL-FR)
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Independent & organised

  • Good knowledge of Outlook and Office programs
