Description:


  • Duties:
Daily management of the IT network.

  • Using existing tools, you do the registration and followup of calls, incidents or problems
  • Identify, analyze and register hardware, software and infrastructure problems.
  • Respect the SLA with internal and external customers.
  • Correct administrative followup of IT related activities.
  • Keeping up to date with IT evolution
  • Creating documentation for your IT colleagues
  • Be physically able to move IT material.
  • Working from home is NOT possible in this position.
  • Critical success factors:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (similar position all-round).
  • Stress resistant
  • Team spirit but also able to work independently
  • Proficiency in the analysis, precision and solution of problems;
  • Strong customer and solution orientation;
  • Knowledge of mobile devices on Android and IOS.
  • Knowledge of the Standard Office packages and most current Microsoft Operating systems.
  • Analytical mind and sense of precision are required to solve the problems;
  • Technical knowledge:


  • Windows 10 /1

  • Office 365 + MS authenticator + MS Teams
  • Intune


  • IOS

  • Android devices
  • SCCM
  • Hardware interventions (desktop/laptop)
  • Network administration
  • Knowledge Powershell and/or other programming languages is an asset.
  • Knowledge of languages for Brussels
  • Dutch & French : very good
  • English : good
