Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage indirect tax filings, including VAT reporting for the main entity in Belgium and other administrative returns.
  • Assist in direct tax compliance for various entities in Belgium.
  • Support in preparation and coordination of tax audits.
  • Handle corporate finance tasks like intercompany processes and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Maintain tax functionalities in Barco's ERP systems.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations affecting Barco's operations.
  • Provide business support on VAT, invoicing, and ERP queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in tax and accounting or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in indirect tax compliance or multinational accounting is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and system proficiency.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive nature, and keen attention to detail.
