Functie:

As a
customer service representative you will be responsible for
communication with customers. Specifically, you will be deployed for the
Italian market. Furthermore, you will assist with orders, possible complaints and errors.

Some of your duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily, you will be deployed to
    handle and follow up transport orders;
  • Responsible for
    reporting problems and delays in a proactive manner to the customer;
  • You will handle
    extra charges and if possible you will
    recover these charges;
  • Capable of
    thinking with the customer in a creative and costeffective manner to
    solve problems together;

Working together in a team is not a problem for you.

Profiel en vaardigheden:

For the
customer service representative position, we are looking for someone with the following strengths:

  • You have a
    bachelor degree or equivalent through
    experience;:
  • Several years of
    relevant experience in
    customer service or in the
    logistics sector;
  • Fluent in
    English and
    Italian both
    written and
    spoken;:
  • Knowledge of
    Dutch is
    not required for this position;
  • Fluency with
    MS Office: including programs such as Word and Excel;
  • You are a
    team player;
  • You have
    communication skills, as you are able to assist customers with problems and questions;

Negotiating and acting
assertively in a friendly manner is not a problem for you.
