Job Description:


  • Responsibilities:_
  • Create and maintain data visualizations using different BI tools to support GSAM project workstreams
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to create new and critical metrics in the focused areas of business
  • Use data and business intelligence to build and develop asset productivity initiatives
  • Identify actions and drive change based on insights obtained from serial data across departments and business functions
  • Proactively analyze serial data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business and customer performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy in and across systems (BRIX, SAP)
  • Have an active role in completing the GSAM Development backlog by end of FY24. Participate in requirements gathering, UAT testing, implementation and hyper care activities
  • The role will also support other GSAM workstreams where analytics are a key enabler to make them successful:_
  • Support different initiatives: Customer onboarding to GSAM for Liquid and Dry businesses
  • Conducting analyzes with Retailers / Emitters in order to improve Asset Productivity.
  • Partner with sales and customer service teams in evaluating new serial data and ensuring support and information flow
  • Serial Declaration analytics and customer behavior monitoring and reporting
  • Physical inventories analysis
  • Review data and built reports accordingly with commercial requests
  • Launch of Zirconic and Falconic on time:
  • Follow up the stocks levels in customers and plants.
  • Support and ensure data is loaded successfully in BRIX.
  • Serial audit process implementation. Support serial analysis during FY24 to improve audit process based on serial. Create different scenarios of audits based on how serial data is used.
  • Build data, extract insights from reports and support issue resolution in the cases where plants cannot do by themselves.
  • BRIX and SAP stocks alignment
  • Experience:_
  • Some experience mining data as a data analyst
  • Experience in interpreting customer insights
  • Proven analytics skills, including evaluation and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries and reports
  • Medium SQL (will be an advantage) and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning BI and data modelling technics.
  • Experience with data visualization BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Skills:_
  • Analytical profile. Feel comfortable and interested in working with data. Able to build reports and extract insights from data to guide actions from business stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new analytical tools
  • Knowledge of CHEP business, specifically Inbound solutions business, models and processes
  • Interest to support business transformation with the possibilities that data and technology provide
  • Knowledge of BRIX and GSAM project, including Supply Chain, Customer, Finance and Asset Productivity implications
  • Familiar with the cycle for developing new software functionalities: Design, develop, test, implement, hypercare
  • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders from different functions and levels
  • Comfortable navigating between business language and processes and IT specific language and processes. Able to act as a translator between both and collaborate with team members on both sides
  • Ability to drive changes in behavior and obtain results from other stakeholders, based on insights and actions identified from serial data. Comfortable with challenging current status based on data and standing up to drive change for results

Degree and equivalent - Business Administration/Management
