As Engineering Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the Head of CAMO and the Part-CAMO management by ensuring the coordination, reporting and project support on key projects in the CAMO.

You will identify and co-develop processes that yield competitive advantage within our department and organisation, based on business needs and strategy.

You will operate within a virtual team, based out of any market but with a requirement for regular travel.

In this role, you will report to the Head of CAMO.


ABOUT THE JOB
As Engineering Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development, coordination and management of systems or processes for robust monitoring, budget control, reporting and delivery of TUI Airline Part-CAMO projects and operations, in compliance with internal and external standards
  • Leading and participating in various Part-CAMO projects and establish and manage their defined delivery of operational KPI's, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity through extensive performance and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Analyzing new regulations, review with stakeholders and coordination of effective implementation within the CAMO department
  • Managing contracts, SLA's and interface procedures between TUI CAMO's and CAMO Center of Excellences.
  • Providing leadership whilst leading and directing different crossfunctional projects and programs of various sizes and types.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a proactive and logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas, plans, alternatives, and solutions;
  • You have strong interpersonal and communications skills, and are able to translate complex technical and organizational issues in multiple formats to various audiences. You know how to facilitate, consult and convene;
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of business operational management, including performance, budgeting, and risk management. You have experience in managing successful business improvement projects;
  • You are wellorganised, with strong process management skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities;
  • You have a good comprehension of Continuing Airworthiness Management processes and regulations;
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You are open to traveling internationally within our Group.
